In today’s good things post I’m sharing a Pinterest recipe that I’ve made recently and loved! The recipe is for peanut butter granola. Lately I’ve been experimenting with food and seeing how my body reacts or doesn’t react to certain foods, which really made me branch out and try new recipes. That is how I stumbled across this recipe. I find with a lot of granola recipes there’s a lot of refined sugars or added sweeteners so I really love the simplicity of this recipe while still being really tasty!
This granola recipe is really easy to make and is delicious on it’s own (which is how I eat it), but would good on top of yogurt too! It’s the perfect way to add a little sweet crunch while still eating whole foods! What’s one of your go to snacks or favourite things to make?
