Today’s Good Things blog post is about another Canadian company; Epicure. If you haven’t heard of Epicure before they are all about healthy, clean eating through easy and quick to make recipes. Their recipes and meals use real, whole ingredients, are sugar and sodium conscious, and create delicious meals! I had heard of Epicure before, but never really knew what they were all about. When my friend became an Epicure consultant and suggested hosting a cooking class to learn more about Epicure, I was all in! We made mini pizzas, pasta with tomato sauce and chocolate pudding. #allofthecomfortfoods It was all really easy to make and tasted so good; mini pizzas have become a staple dinner in our home now. After the cooking class I got some other things to try. So far I’ve tried their Mac & Cheese, Southern Baked Crumb Mix, and Maple Kettle Corn Popcorn Seasoning. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious and I can’t wait to try the other spices, mixes and recipes I’ve got sitting in my pantry now!
The other great thing about Epicure is that their products all have recipes on the packages. To make it even better, on most products, there’s actually multiple recipes or variations so you can use the same mix or spice in totally different recipes or meals, making each product so versatile! You can also find even more recipes online on their website. I love that the recipes are quick and easy, under 20 minutes to make, while still being really tasty and using whole foods. One of my favourite recipes that I’ve tried is their Extraordinary Cheese Dip recipe which uses three of their dip mixes. It may not be the healthiest thing to eat but, it is sooooo good!
If you want to learn more or just want to check out some of their products, you can go to their website or reach out to my consultant here.
